85% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay
The Robe is pretty light yellow coloured. The nose is expressive and typical of a Pinot Noir with spices and licorice flavours but also some fresh butter and nuts notes (almonds and grilled peanuts).
A fresh and lively Champagne on the palate, a fine length and a tangy finale.
This Champagne will perfectly pair red meat or a jig of roasted venison…
